Functional and Technical Modernisation of an Office Building
Built in the late 1980s and located at the heart of a business district, this office building accommodates several companies with diverse profiles. The project is part of an approach aimed at enhancing the existing structure, with the objective of increasing the site’s attractiveness while meeting current technical and regulatory requirements.
The interventions focus primarily on the modernisation of common areas, in order to provide functional and qualitative added value for tenant companies. Fire safety, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems have been fully upgraded to comply with current standards, ensuring an appropriate level of safety and comfort.
The reconfiguration of office spaces and circulation areas makes it possible to offer flexible layouts adapted to contemporary working practices and the evolving needs of users. The works were carried out on a partially occupied site, requiring careful planning and close coordination with occupants. The mandate covered all SIA phases, from design through to execution.
